1 pre pack of roast veg mix 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1 ½ teaspoon mixed herbs 1 teaspoon dried parsley ½ litre fresh cream / milk 4 tablespoon butter 2 teaspoon crushed garlic Olive oil for greasing
1. Oil an oven tray with olive oil until the bottom is evenly coated. Wash the vegetables and spread out in the pan 2. Sprinkle all the dry spices then mix well so that all the vegetables are covered 3. In a separate bowl, add fresh cream, crushed garlic and butter - mix well and pour over the veggies 4. Mix the veggies and add in a little bit of water in the pan , halfway covering the vegetables. 5. Bake on a high rack on 220 Cup for +/- 45 minutes ( or until the veggies are soft ) 6. Stir the veggies every 15 minutes. 7. Enjoy :)
INFO & TIPS
Make sure that the vegetables are spread out evenly with spaces in between so that it cooks well.
Sometimes I like to add in a tablespoon or two of mayonnaise :)
