INGREDIENTS
½ onion gratedPinch of tumeric1 carrot grated 1 Potatoe gratedA handful of frozen corn 1 litre boiling waterSalt to taste1 Elachi (cardomom)2 cinnamon sticks Curry leaf1 packet maggie noodles1 packet of Knorr thick vegetable soup(mix your soup mix with some boiling water forming a paste)
METHOD
Add a little oil in the pot. Once heated add your grated onions, whole spices and tumeric. When the onions is done you add your boiling water. Add your soup paste and carrots and potato add salt. Add your noodles and bring all to a boil.Once it thickens its done. Garnish with dhania (coriander).
