INGREDIENTS
40 strips of pur cut into small squares250g almonds cut in the center250g cashew nuts cut in the center250g pecan nuts sliced in the center250g large peanutssalt to taste1 teaspoon paprika or fine red chillies2 fresh green chillies sliced in fine rounds2 tablepsoon tal (sesame seeds) (sesame seeds)few sprigs of curry leaves4 tablepsoon oil
METHOD
1. Fry pur & drain on thick sheets of newspaper for 8 to 10 hrs.2. Roast all the nuts separately at 100*C.The nuts must be crisp.3. Add salt to taste to all the nuts collectively.4. Add the 1 teaspoon paprika or fine red chillies to the nuts.5. Make a vagaar of the sliced green chillies,tal (sesame seeds) & curry leaves.6. Add the vagaar to the nuts.7. Add the fried pur to the nuts & toss lightly.8. Store in an airtight bottle or jar.
