INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon garlic pepper Ina paarman
½ tablespoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
salt to taste
2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
2 tablespoon nandos pepper sauce
METHOD
marinate chops in above ingredients for a few hours.
cook and once ¾ way done add 3 tablespoon pepper sauce
and 1 tablespoon garlic sauce. let It cook tIll all water burns out
and oil from sauces raise.
serve with cream veggies or potato salad
INFO & TIPS
for cream veggies
braise crushed garlic in butter. add tal, parsley, salt and
pepper to taste. mix in pre boiled veggies such as corn
on the cob, baby potatoes and carrots.
before serving add in a cup of fresh cream and simmer
til cream thickens slightly.
