1 kg tenderised topside or rump steak strips 1 grated onion squeezed (optional)2 teaspoon green chilli paste (+- adj to your preference)2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)2 teaspoon lemon pepper. 1 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon chops & steak spice2 teaspoon ginger garlic½ teaspoon garlic4 tablespoon yoghurt (or use extra cream if u have)1 cup fresh cream3 tablespoon black pepper powder Knorr sauce1 level teaspoon dhana jeera (optional)Ty1 teaspoon mixed herbsMarinate all of the above to steak for15 minutesIn pot heat 2 tablespoon oil 2Tblsp butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Add all the steak to pot Cook on low till soft (add water only if necessaryAdd 4 tablespoon creamy garlic sauceAdd 4 tablespoon creamy pepper sauce1 tablespoon mayoAdd little mint (optional)If necessary add SALT TO TASTEThe steak must have a very slight gravy(Optional:Steamed Robot strips of capsicum can be added )Or you Serve with jacket potatoes Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)RollsAnd saladsEnjoy
