1 whole chicken cut up3 cups vinegar ½ cup nandos sauce¼ cup cream5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Foil
Soak the chicken in vinegar for 2 hoursThen wrap chicken in the foil. Cook that chicken for 1 hour..Sauce:Melt ghee (Clarified butter) in the pot. Then add nandos sauceThen add the cream. Cook that for 10 minutes on very low. Once your 1 hour is up. Take the chicken out and put into the sauce.. And u all good to go.. Enjoy..
INFO & TIPS
If you want. U can play around with the sauce. If you like it more hot. Then add extra sauce less cream.. If u like it mild then add less sauce with some cream.. But plz don't add to much of cream. Because it will lose its taste.. So we are eating Nando's nearly every day since the lockdown has started. Lol
