INGREDIENTS
500 g chciken mince2 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon mixed herbs1 teaspoon chilli powder2 teaspoon black pepper powder2 TB cornstarch1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon garum masala powder3 TB flour1 teaspoon salt2 TB soy sauce
METHOD
Add all the above ingredients to a food processor and process until a smooth paste.(It should be a pliable paste)
Use a measuring cup of ⅓ and scoop out ⅓ of the mixture (put oil in the scooper)
With oiled hands, shape/Roll into a sausage
Place sausages onto an oiled piece of foil and twist the ends to seal. Ensure that they are properly sealed.
Take a pot and bring water to boil,add in the sausages (wrapped in foil) and boil for 15- 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove from heat and allow to cool.
Remove from foil and fry until golden brown..
INFO & TIPS
I served mines with caramalized onions,tomato ketchup, and mustard sauce.
