INGREDIENTS
½ kg beef mince2 teaspoon ground garlic1 egg1 teaspoon ground green chilli’s Salt and pepper to taste¼ cup flour¼ cup chana flour1 tablespoon ground dhania (coriander)1 tablespoon wocter sauce1 onion sliced, fried golden and crushedChopped greens (optional)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients until well combined, shape into patties and fry in 2 tablespoons oil on medium heat until done. Serve in burger buns with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and sauces of your choice.
