Filling3 chicken fillets steamed and shredded Seasonings salt1 teaspoon ginger garlic and fresh garlic relish 1 packet noodle prepare according to instruction1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon traditional spice mix1 red onions2 Tablespoon mayonaiseTricolor peppers cubed½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese1 tablespoon spring onionsSprinkle fresh green dhania (coriander) 2 tablespoons butter ghee (Clarified butter) Optional mix veg. Prepare chicken filling accordingly. Lastly toss lightly the noodles and grated cheese before placing into springroll wrappers and paste.
DoughIngredients:2 cups flour ½ teaspoon fine salt 2 Tablespoon cornstarch Water to make dough plus minus 1 cupOil for brushing between layers Method In a bowl Sift flour, add salt and make dough using water. Make 12 small balls, roll them like small puris, the first one brush with oil, sprinkle mazeina, add second puris, repeat the third. Roll into a square shape. Set aside. Complete the process with all in same sequence. Heat the tawa, reduce heat and place the square rolled out roti, try avoid scorching or browning, do this a few minutes on both side, keep covered under a damp cloth. Trim the edge and make a neat square sizeable wrapper. Place the filling and wrap each one carefully using the flour paste stick the side so the filling don't escape. Complete the process.
