INGREDIENTS
1-3 teaspoons (5 ml each) cayenne pepper (see additional info)
2 medium red bell peppers, cut into pieces and seeded
4 teaspoons garlic
60 ml cooking oil
60 ml brown spirit vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) paprika
1 tablespoon (15 ml) dried oregano
2 teaspoons (10 ml) onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons (7.5 ml) white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons (7.5 ml) fine salt
3 drops red food colouring (optional)
METHOD
Liquidise everything and use in the usual way
INFO & TIPS
1 teaspoon = mild
2 teaspoons = medium
3 teaspoons = hot
