1 packet spaghetti 4 liquidized ½ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon red chillie powder ½ teaspoon cumin3 tablespoon arabita pasta sauce 2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala A pinch of turmeric 3 tablespoon steers peri-peri sauce 2 tablespoon Hot and spicy pasta sauce 3 tablespoon sriracha sauce 2 tablespoon spicy tomato sauce Boil Spaghetti as per packet instruction In a hot heat up some oil and 1 chopped onion .Allow to braise until golden brown.Add salt,chillies,cumin,turmeric and ginger garlic,allow to braise until fragrant.Add tomatoes and cook until completely reduced Add arabica sauce, pasta sauce,tomato sauce,steers sauce and sriracha sauce Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix until all the spaghetti is covered in sauce Mince 1 finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 Elachi (cardomom) Braise together Then add 1 kg mince with 1 teaspoon salt Add a little water only if necessary Using spoon break mince into small pieces Cook till water burns out Then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 ½ teaspoon chillie powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 liquidized tomato Cool till water burns out Add 3 tablespoon plain yoghurt or sour milkContinue cooking till completely reduced and no water is left Layer mince and spaghetti Top with grated cheese and green peppers Bake till cheese is melted
