Pasta Casserole

INGREDIENTS

3 large potatoes 2 cups pasta1 can baked beans 1 onion2 tomatoes Salt to taste Ground black pepper Cheese

METHOD

Boil potatoes and make a mash with salt and butter.Boil pasta, drain and keep aside.Cook baked beans with onion and tomatoes as normal.
Spread mash over casserole.Evenly top pasta over the mash.Spoon baked beans generously over the pasta.Sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.Bake at 180⁰C till cheese melts.
