INGREDIENTS
6 sausages 2 potatoes 3 big tomatoes puréed 1 teaspoon Ina parmans chilli garlic spice / gori orange pepper spice 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ can Miami Italian diced tomatoes 1 green chili slit 5 cloves of garlic cut fine or 1 teaspoonGarlic 1 onion chopped into half And peeled open
Handful of parsley / coriander 1 punnet mushrooms sliced - optional Salt to taste
METHOD
Fry sausages halfway through . Cut potatoes like wedges and boil halfway through In a big pan sauté onion with olive oil until soft Add garlic tomato , mushrooms, chilli garlic spice / orange pepper and slit chilli for 5 to 10 minutes add the halfway boiled potatoes and cut up sausages to this mix and give it a mix .
Now about half and hour before serving pour all this into a Pyrex with the ½ can diced tomatoes and some chopped parsley ,give it a stir and bake in oven until water burns out and potatoe and sausages are cooked completely , add a dash of water if necessary Garnish with parsley . Serve with rolls of roti .
