6 sausages 2 potatoes 1 tomato cubed . 1 teaspoon Ina parmans chilli garlic spice ½ can Miami Italian diced tomatoes 1 green chili slit 5 cloves of garlic cut fine 1 onion chopped into half And peeled open ½ green pepper cut Handful of parsley / coriander 1 punnet mushrooms sliced Salt to taste
Fry sausages halfway through . Cut potatoes like wedges and boil halfway through In a big pan sauté onion with olive oil until soft Add garlic cloves , peppers , tomato , mushrooms, chilli garlic spice and slit chilli for 5 to 10 minutes add the halfway boiled potatoes and cut up sausages to this mix and give it a mix . Now about half and hour before serving pour all this into a Pyrex with the ½ can diced tomatoes and some chopped parsley ,give it a stir and bake in oven until water burns out and potatoe and sausages are cooked completely , add a dash of water if necessary Garnish with parsley . Serve with bread of roti .
