Nasreen Patel. Take about 4 potatoes cut into wedges2 green chillies slit500g sausages cut into desired pieces1 large onion cut into thick slices In a nonstick pan heat oil add potato and all your masalas acc to taste. Salt. arad (Turmeric). Chillie powder. Crush chillies red. Little dhana Jeeru (Cumin). Add green chillies fry on medium till halfway done. Add o onions and sausage cook till potatoes are tender.
Sumi's amendments
Steam whole potatoes in micro for 10 minutes. Peel & cut in strips. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in pot. Add potatoes, thinly sliced onion rings & green pepper strips. Flavour with little salt, crushed red chillies, Aromat (a South African Spice), white pepper. Mix lightly. Place cut sausages on top add little water & cook on low. Garnish with dhania (coriander). Serve with roti.
