1 Litre Milk1 ¼ teaspoon China grass powder2 Tablespoons Custard Powder5 Tablespoons Klim powder1 tin condensed milk1 full big tin Nestlé cream½ to 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) Powder
Heat milk on stove top. While still heating up, whisk in China grass powder, custard powder and Klim powder. Whisk in the powders by continously stirring. Add in Nestlé cream, condensed milk and Elachi (cardomom) powder. Bring to a boil while stirring/whisking regularly to avoid lumps forming. Pour into a jug and then into individual dessert bowls. Decorate with colored almonds or as desired. Refrigerate once cooled. Enjoy!
