1 tin klim (500g)1 small tin Nestle Cream 1 cup fresh milk 125g butter ¾ to 1 box icing sugar (500g) 1 cup fresh cream1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 cup sugar 1 cup ground almonds
Blend klim and nestle cream in a food processor to resemble bread crumbs. Sift icing sugar and Elachi (cardomom) powder then add klim mixture. Make a thick syrup with sugar and fresh cream, (add condensed milk to make thick, optional). Allow to get thick, add butter and klim mixture to the syrup. Leave to set. Mold and shape. Decorate with almonds. ENJOY!
