1tin nido 400gHalf cup ghee (Clarified butter) Quater cup milk Rub well and seive with a big whole seiver .keep aside .add in a hand full dessicated coconut if u want Make syrup...1and half cup sugar and I cup water boil till sugar dissolves well add in a cup milk from milk keep stirring till dissolves add 2to3 drops rose essence few strands saffron and half teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) to the syrup .then add in the seived nido to it mix well till starts bubbling .remove from stove .set in a tray sprinkle badam (almond) and pista (pistachio nuts) to it
