1 sml tin nestle cream
½ teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom)
Mix like bread crumbs- grind in magimix then sift .
11/4 cups water
2 tablespoon sugar
125 g butter
3 cups icing sugar
Boil water and sugar then add butter.Once butter is melted add icing sugar and boil for 5 minutes or until syrup sticks to finger.
Add nespray/klim and mix well.The next day put mixture in magimix.Add 3-4 tablespoon almond powder and grind well.Nozzle and decor as desired.
