White sauce:Melt 2 tablespoon butterAdd in 2 tablespoon flour. Cook out flour taste.Add in ½ cup milk and salt and pepper. Add in 1 cup fresh creamStir and simmer till thick. Add in 1 cup grated cheese and ½ teaspoon oregano and ½ teaspoon basil.Pour over chips sprinkle lots of cheese. Sprinkle parsley and bake 10 minutes.Serve with rolls etc.
