INGREDIENTS
β’ 2 cups macaroni & 1 cup spaghetti boiled ( or 2 pastas of choice )
β’ 3 pieces chicken fillet cubed & cook with:β’ 2 teaspoon ground green chilliesβ’ Salt & pepper to tasteβ’ Crushed garlicβ’ Butter
β’ 1 Tin Creamstyle sweetcornβ’ 1 x 250ml Fresh creamβ’ Β½ green pepper cubedβ’ Grated Cheese
METHOD
Make a white sauce - Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat & add in 2 tablespoon flour. Mix well together. Add in +- 2 cups milk & place back on heat & whisk well together to avoid lumps. Season with salt & pepper. Allow sauce to thicken.
Mix all ingredients well together & empty into Pyrex. Grate cheese over ; sprinkle dried parsley & bake for approximately an hour on 180Β°c before serving.
