INGREDIENTS
1 onion grated water squeezed out
3 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon jeera seeds
Few curry leaves
Saute the above until golden brown
Add in the following
1 tomatoe chopped
1 teaspoon mix masala
1 teaspoon dana jeera powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon tomatoe puree
1\ 2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Crushed green chillies according taste
Salt to taste
METHOD
Cook until water has evaporated. Add in chopped polony and cook for a few minutes. Rinse half tin of the hoops in strainer then add to pot with the remaining half in sauce and add 1\4 cup of water . Cook on low heat must be saucy. garnish with 1\ 2 teaspoon garamasala chopped dhania (coriander) and spring onions
