INGREDIENTS
2 cups seedless red or black grapes, halved
1 cup yellow cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup feta cheese, cubed
½ cup pecan nuts
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ cup chopped seedless dates
1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon za'atar
½ teaspoon sumac

DRESSING:
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon za’atar
Pinch of salt
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, combine grapes, cheddar, feta, nuts, dates, and chickpeas.
2. Sprinkle over the za’atar and sumac.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, za’atar, and salt.
4. Pour dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
5. Or serve dressing separately in the centre of a platter for dipping or pouring.
