2 Avocado 1 red onion Fresh dhania (coriander)Mint leavesPlain yoghurt Lemon juice Vinegar 1 green chillie Mayonnaise
METHOD
Bismillah. 1. Slice 2 Avocados, layer in flat bowl, slice red onion and layer over Avocado slices.
2. Into a blender add:a big bunch of dhania (coriander) (coriander) 5 mint leaves 2 Tblsn plain yoghurt, 1 cup mayo, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 3 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 green chillie, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour over Avocado and onion and ENJOYπ.
