2 med sized potatoes Boiled and mashed. Potato masala:qtr bunch green dhania (coriander) small piece ginger 2 cloves garlic 4 green chilliesBlend the above 👆. Keep the mixture aside. Heat 3 tablespoon oil, add 2 teaspoon mustard seeds, add the above mixture, a pinch of hing , half teaspoon turmeric powder and salt cook for 2 minutes than add the mashed potatoes , a splash of lemon juice and 3 tbslps of water. Cook till moist. Form into even sized balls. Paste:1 and half cups Chana flour 2 teaspoon red chillie powder 1 teaspoon dhana zeera powder half teaspoon turmeric powder SaltPinch of soda bicarbonate Water
Mix all the above ingredients except soda bicarbonate.consistency must not be too thick or too thin . Lastly add the soda bicarbonate mix vigorously in a clockwise direction this makes the mixture fluffy and airy.Let it sit for 10 minutes. Dip potato balls into the paste fry till golden brown. Enjoy😋
