INGREDIENTS
3 small potatoes cubedSaltarad (Turmeric)(turmeric)Chillie powderWater
Make a soft dough with 1 ½ cup flour, 1 beaten egg2 tablespoon oil½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon b.powderWarm milk.
METHOD
Potatoe filling
Steam the above in a pot until slightly mushy. Add a good squeeze of lemon juice and freshly chopped dhania (coriander).
Dough
Divide the dough in half and roll both out very thinly.Make light impressions on one sheet of dough using a round cutter and place spoon full of potato on top.Cover with the other sheet of dough and cut right through.Sides must be sealed.
Dip in beaten egg and fry in hot oil.
