3- 4 medium sized potatoesCut in thin rounds or cubes or slicesBoil with ½ teaspoon saltDrainSteam ½ cup mixed veges steam with ½ teaspoon saltFew steamed green red yellow peppers Mix all of above (optional you can leave out veges and just do potatoes)Place in casseroleBraise a small onion with 3 tablespoon butter ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) and 1,teaspoon full green chillie paste Mix to the potatoes etcMake paste with 3 tablespoon sour cream and chives knorrs packet powder or any white soup powder and ½ cup milk or water1 cup fresh creamJust mix in bowl Pour over potatoesSprinkle green dhania (coriander) Grate cheese on topBake in oven 30 minutes..(bake must be moist)Enjoy😉
