Spicy potato & pur

3 potatoes cubed and steamed with 1 teaspoon salt till done. Not too soft.
Drain water once done and add fine red chillie powder, Robertsons Aromatic potato seasoning, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise & 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Cut samoosa pur into strips and fry till golden. I airfried the pur.
In a bamboo cup (or any cup of your choice) put some pur at the bottom of all your cups. Then add potato mixture and some pur over. Garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
