INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes medium sizesalt2 table spoons buttercrushed black peppergreen chillies
1 large tin nestle cream4 table spoons brown sugarhalf a cup mayo2 tablespoons lemon juicesalt to tastechilllies.. optional
METHOD
Make mash with potatoes, add butter, pepper, chillies and salt to taste.when warm..roll into balls and allow to set in fridge..
Add second half of ingredients in a bowl, mix. When mash is set, dip into creamed mixture covering it generously.Place on platter and sprinkle finely chopped dhania (coriander), green and red peppers..edible flowers
