RECIPE
Steam handful of
Green beans 4 cut up small brinjal in halves
Little peas some carrot rounds green pepers cubed or strips
In pot add
2 tablespoon oil and 2Tblsp ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
Add 1small sliced onion with
Little whole Jeeru (Cumin) and mustard seeds
And fine aniseed (it resembles like Jeeru (Cumin))
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
3 curry leaves (optional)
Braise add the steamed veges
Add 1,tablespoon magic masala
1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Salt to taste
Add ¼ teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)
½ teaspoon paprika (optional for colour)
Add 2 grated tomatoes
Cook well add steamed small cubed potatoes steamed in micro (2 potatoes)
Add 2 tablespoon any vege soup make paste with water add 2,cups water
Enjoy with naan rotis or dumplings
Make dumplings:
Add little if each green chilli crushed little dhania (coriander) salt milk water 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon soft butter in 1full cup off flour
Mix to a sticky dough
When curry gravy is boiling add to pot small dumplings (looks so cute small)
Your curry will be slightly wettish not gravy
