125 g melted Butter4 tablespoon Oil1 cup SugarBeat well togetherAdd 1 Full cup Maas¼ Cup milkBeat wellAdd Vanilla essenceNow Gradually add3 teaspoon Baking powder+-1 to 2 Cups FlourBeat mixAdd more Milk if necessary to get a nice batterFill cup cake HoldersBake at 180* for +-20-25minDepending on your oven
You can add 1 tablespoon Coffee , 1 tablespoon Cocoa, few crushed pecans etcIn your BatterYou can decorate with sprinkles before bakingOr use food colouring to make it rainbow cakeMay add sprinkles IN BATTERONCE in the cup cake Holders sprinkle again on top
Decorate with Frosting. Fresh cream etcEnjoy
