Ingredients: 1 punnet button mushrooms ½ cup cake flour 1 egg beaten ¾ cup cornflake crumbs 1 teaspoon BBQ spice ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
Mix spices and crumbs in a bowl. Wash mushrooms and dip in flour, then egg and then spiced crumbs. Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden and crispy.
#Variation: Add 1 teaspoon aromat, 1 teaspoon chicken spice. Remove BBQ spice.
