Wipe 1 punnet mushrooms and cut the stems to your preferred size.
Dip the mushrooms in plain flour, then into beaten eggs and into crumbs.. Dip again into egg and into crumbs and leave in the fridge for 1 hour...
Deep fry in very hot oil till golden on both sides, remove and drain on a paper towel.. Serve with sauce..
