Ingredients: 1 tray portobello mushrooms ½ cup marinara sauce Cooked diced salami/chicken Grated cheese Robertson's italian herbs *Optional- sliced red onion, diced baby plum tomatoes
Preheat oven to 180degC. Place mushrooms on oven tray. Spoon in about 1 tablespoon sauce into each mushroom. Sprinkle salami/chicken. Sprinkle cheese and herbs. Place few onion slices and few pieces tomato onto cheese and bake for 15min.
