INGREDIENTS
125 g butter6 tablespoon sugarHoney according to taste400g corn flakes½ cup coconut slices½ cup sunflower seeds-(I salted)½ cup sesame seeds½ cup chopped pecans½ cup chopped almonds½ cup pista (pistachio nuts)
Vegaar:- (Tempering)½ cup saumph ¼ cup tal (sesame seeds) (sesame seeds)Handful of Limri (Curry leaves) (curry leaves)Fresh green chillies sliced (to tasteOil
METHOD
Method:-Take 2 handfuls of water and pour over the sunflower seed and sprinkle with salt to taste, then roast until doneRoast the rest of ingredients 1 at a time on low heat 100 degrees until crispy.Melt butter with sugar and honey.Switch off heat and add rest of ingredients.Mix and coat with syrup. Tranfer onto oven tray and put in oven for +- 10 - 15 minutes. Remove and cool on tray, break gently if stuck together. Make vegaar with saumph, tal (sesame seeds), green chillies, Limri (Curry leaves) and oil throw over the mixture and mix nicely
