250 g Butter1 cup icing sugar1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)1 egg2 to 2 ½ cups flour
Cream butter and icing sugar. Add egg and beat. Add remainder ingredients and mix. Dough must not be sticky if need more flour add little at a time.
If using a food processor or stand mixer when your dough stops sticking to the sides its perfect and gnats enough flour do not add more will dry up the biscuit dough.
