Method: 1. Boil rice noodles for 5min. Then rinse in cold water. Leave aside. 2. Cube avocado and toss in lime juice. 3. Mix all salad Ingredients. 4. Mix dressing, pour over and toss. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve with prawns/ chicken.
Note: I had a few baby gem lettuce leaves. Just added in.
