RECIPE
(Can use any filling with the potato)
2 ½ cups flour
3-4 tablespoon oil
Rub together
Add 1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Handful of green chopped dhania (coriander)
1Tblsp milk powder (optional)
Mix all with boiling water to make a roti dough
Roll out discs
Now cook potato with oil whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1Tblsp crushed red or green chilli
Little tumeric salt cook till soft add a bit of lemon juice cook till soft drain out any excess oil
(Can also just leave it white mash with green chillies onion whole Jeeru (Cumin) lemon juice green dhania (coriander) )
Smear cut up pickles hot sauce on roti place 3 tablespoon potato on top
(Any fillings can be added eg green red pepers onions cheese etc)
Close up again
Roll out square or rounds saucer size
Seko on tawa or pan
Brush with ghee (Clarified butter)
Enjoy with tamarind sauce or yoghurt
