2 kg stewing beef2 tablespoon oil 1 onion 1 teaspoon jeera seed Few curry leafs 1 curry spoon of kashmir masala1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon food colouring 2 teaspoon salt3 green chillies 2 tablespoon plain yogurt 2 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) 3 tamtotes liquids
In a pot make the oil nice and hot. Put jeera seed. Fry few minutes. Then add onions. Brown that then add the steak. Fry few minutes. Then add. Masala, chilli powder, jeera powder, dhania (coriander) powder, food colouring, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic. Let that all cook for and half an hour. Then put the curry leaf. Let that cook for 10 minutes. Then add yogurt and kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) and the tomatoes. Let that all cook for and hour.. On low. Then put fresh dhania (coriander). Dish out while it is hot.. Enjoy..
