Crumpets

INGREDIENTS

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
2 Cups Flour 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder4 Tablespoons Sugar 1½ Cups Milk2 Large Eggs2 Tablespoons Oil1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

METHOD

1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar. 2. Beat eggs, add milk, vanilla essence and oil. 3. Mix wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl. 4. Heat up a pan and put butter. 5. Once the butter is melted, take a tablespoon or any desired amount of the batter and put it in the pan. 6. Once the bubbles show on the top, flip it over. 7. Drizzle golden syrup, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberries.

INFO & TIPS

Butter or oil could be used in the pan, I prefer using butter.
Mix the strawberries with a little sugar for sweetness.
