1 cup flour2 teaspoons baking powderPinch salt1 tablespoon sugar1 egg150 ml milk2 tablespoons melted butter
Beat all ingredients till smoothDrop spoonfuls onto hot fry panFry till golden on both sidesServe with fresh cream and fruit of your choice.I served with Nutella and crumbled flake
