Phirni...simple
1 Lt milk
1⁄2 cup soji (semolina) ( mix with sum milk to make paste
bring it to a thin custard consistency whilst stirring add
Any Food colour of yur choice
4-5 tablespoon condensed milk
Rose essence
Crushed Elachi (cardomom)
Bring to boiling point on slow heat
Till a bit thick
Add nestle cream (optional)
To boiled phirni
Pour in bowls set decorate with almonds or coconut
