INGREDIENTS
Base
1 ½ cups flour
2 tablespoon castor sugar
125 g butter
Filling
2 tablespoon butter
⅓ cup golden syrup
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon v.ess
1 cup chopped pecans
2 egg beaten
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar & add flour to for a soft dough. Blind bake @ 180 deg for 15 minutes in a tart pan
Mix all ingredients except eggs on a stove till everything melts. When cool mix in an eggs
Pour mixture in tart shell and bake for another 20 minutes till mixture is firm
Serve with fresh cream
