Pecan And Date Loaf

INGREDIENTS

250 grams butter,
1 1⁄4 Cup castor sugar,
5 eggs,
2 capfuls vanilla essence,
2 teaspoon baking powder,
1 cup chopped pecans,
1 cup chopped dates, 2 1⁄4 cups selfraising flour,
1⁄2 cup milk,
1⁄2 cup water.

METHOD

Cream butter and castor sugar,add in eggs beating well. Add in vanilla dates and pecans followed by baking powder flour milk and water. Batter shud be well beaten.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans OR 1 large oven pan, sprinkle khus khus and chopped pecans. Bake on 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
