Chicken fillet cut in medium chunks robot peppers medium chunks onions thick slices potato medium cubes pineapple chunks optional.I marinate all this with red masala red chillie powder little salt green masala a tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) little lemon juice lemon pepper. mayonise about 3tlb .2tlb nando lemon and herb sauce and a little french dressing .mix all well soak wooden skewers in cold water thread chicken pepper potato onion and pineapple. till end.I placed in nonstick pot with little water and ghee (Clarified butter)/oil and cook on low heat till done served with a paratha.
