1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic
2 tablespoon chopped green dhana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon red chillies
Little arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon aromat
Salt to taste
(For 1 fish)
Combine spices and make a paste with vinegar, lemon juice and a little oil.
Make slits on cleaned fish. smear paste over and in fish.
sprinkle maizena (corn flour) and a bit of parika over and shallow fry in hot oil.
Serve with savoury rice, chips & salad
