Pancakes

 Thin Swedish pancakes perfect when rolled & served with favourite topping😋.

RECIPE

2 eggs1 cup milkHalf cup warm water Beat the above.
3 teaspoon sugarPinch of salt1 teaspoon baking powder  @royalbakingpowdersa1 cup all purpose flour @snowflake_saAdd the dry ingredients  to the egg mixture.
1 & half tablespoon melted margerine Add the melted margerine, combine well.
Heat a wide non stick pan, Grease with cook spray,  add 2 tablespoon  of batter, quickly spread batter, flip the Pancake, after a few seconds remove from the pan & roll. Repeat the process.
Topping:Use any Topping of choice. I chopped strawberries,  sliced bananas and drizzled warm Nutella @nutellaza with cream. Enjoy the twist😋
