I used 3 potatoes 250ml sour cream Parsley Garlic butter Salt
Switch the oven on to 180 or 200 degrees on the bottom rack place the potatoes directly to the rack . Bake for about 1 hour or until soft . Remove from oven . Cut potatoes into halves , scoop out the potatoes, add garlic butter salt and the sour cream( I used only half the amount 125ml) mix just until combined . Scoop this mixture back into the skin of potato sprinkle herbs , place these on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes just before serving. Serve immediately.
