RECIPE
900g grated gouda/yellow cheddar cheese1 roll united meats roll polony/salami (steamed and diced)2 onions (diced fine)2 teaspoon ground green chillies (to taste)
METHOD1. Steam salami until just done.2. Cool before adding to cheese.3. Add onion and chillies and mix altogether.4. Fill in samoosa pastry. Seal with lai (water flour paste).5. Now freezer suitable.
Note: Makes 6-8 dzn samoosas depending on size of pur and how full you fill pur.
