Braise 1 finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 2 tablespoon ground green chillies 1 tin whole kernel corn 🌽 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn 🌽 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa khurrie masala or dhania (coriander) chutney 2 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Salt if needed Cool completely
Grate 3 cups cheddar cheese 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese 🧀 Add 2 corn mix wellAdd in 2 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
Toss well.Add in chopped greensCool completely. Fill in samoosas.I dipped the corners of the samoosas in thin laai and dipped in crushed corn flakes.
