Chicken pitas with a Machachos inspired chicken filling

2 chicken fillets cubed, washed & drained.
In pot put 2 tablespoon butter, then add chicken, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon Machachos lemon & herb spice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well. Cook till done, adding water as necessary.
Once slightly cool add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise & 1 tablespoon Machachos whip. Sprinkle lemon & herb spice to taste.
I used ready made pitas, warm on a grid pan with a little butter.
Cut pitas, put a piece of lettuce, some chicken filling & some julienned carrots, beetroot & butternut.
Drizzle some mochachos whip.
